Hiring Formalities
The recruitment of an employee is subject to specific requirements, and involves a number of steps to take on the part of the employer. Here is a summary of the main formalities, in chronological order. Declaration prior to hiring The employer must complete a pre-employment declaration at the earliest 1 week before the first day of work of the employee and no later than the day before. If the employee actually starts working without the declaration to be made, the employer runs the risk of being sued for undeclared work.
